• Saddig had worked as the Assistant Deputy Governor for Competition Affairs at the Communications & Information Technology Commission (CITC) from February 2012 until he left end of September 2016.
• Saddig had joined the CITC in 2003 as the General Manager Licensing.
• He Lead the Competition Affairs staff and team of advisors and consultants to develop the regulatory policies and framework, and end-to-end licensing processes,
• He participated in the issuance of the second and third Mobile, Fixed, Data, VSAT and MVNO licenses by CITC

• 1998-2003: General Manager –Technical Administration – MoPTT, Riyadh
• 1996 -1998: General Manager –Engineering Planning – MoPTT, Riyadh.
• He has over 35 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunications, IT and Public Administration.
• Saddig has a B.Sc. Degree, in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the California State University - Sacramento, USA.
• Saddig is an independent consultant in the ICT and a board member of two companies at this time.
